Loader Operator - Oaklands NSW

In this ongoing role, you will experience the hustle and bustle of the harvest and contribute to all the behind-the-scenes activities throughout the year to maintain the site and set up for a successful peak period.

The role will include but not limited to:

• Operate CAT loaders (930H, 950, 980, or 988) efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload grain with precision.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Conduct basic equipment repairs as needed.

About You:

• Proven experience in the safe and efficient operation of front-end loaders (930H, 950, 980, or 988).
• Previous experience in the grain, agriculture, or bulk material handling industries is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to meet customer demands.
• Current Australian driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety.
